My original swift had been cut-down in stages until I got it to a point that I loved and its been absolutely fantastic to fly and it became affectionately known as the "Franken Swift"! But Its getting a bit tired and I think its time for a new build before the summer leaves us once more :) Of course I started with another Maxi-Swift but this time I wanted: a) More speed (theres a bit too much drag on my curry 'messy' build) b) Perfect Balance (While the CG is spot on the balance across the wing span was never 100% perfect). c) A tidier looking wing :) I don't tend to go for flashy builds so this is something a big different for me :D Heres the original "Fraken Swift" compared to a brand new 'un-cut' Maxi Swift, you can see the line on the left-half that indicates where I am goin gto cut to. I will probably also 'bow tie' the rear once I've mounted the motor.
